Writing

Fun-fact: I never went to design school. After graduating college in Publishing with the intention of working as a book editor, I got an internship at a startup and that (eventually) led me to product design.

But life… finds a way. To this day, writing is a fundamental part of my design process, an essential instrument for understanding problems and drafting solutions.

Being mostly self-taught, I write about design as a way to help other people learn the things I've had to figure out for myself. I’m a strong believer that teaching something is truly the best way to understand it.
